Our ram lambs met a strong demand at the Main NSA Ram Sale, Builth Wells, topping at 1300gns for Clanfield Emblem.
Sired by Sportsmans Ducati, Emblem is out of a Plasucha-bred dam by Eden Valley Wiz Kid, he sold to the Williams family for the Clun flock, Craven Arms.
Next best at 1250gns was Clanfield Elton, a Hope Valley C the Stars son out of a Sportsmans-bred dam by Knockem Abracadabra. He sold with an index in the top 1% of the breed and was taken by P and M Davies.
And our third high seller was Clanfield Entertainer. This one is a full ET brother to the 1300gns Emblem and sold to Paul Tippetts and Christine Williams, Shifnal, for the Wilodge flock.
